Returns & Refunds policy

You may cancel your order within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted upon cancellation.
After 48 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Return conditions will apply after dispatch or delivery.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If you wish to return the order after delivery, you must inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The deadline for returning an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
For approved returns, 30% of the total order amount will be deducted as return and handling charges.
We will reimburse you within 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
The amount is expected to reach your account within up to 30 days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you do not receive the reimbursed amount within 30 days, you may contact us again for assistance.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The goods were received within the last 10 days
• The goods are unused and in original condition
• The goods are in the original packaging
• The goods are securely sealed before return shipment
You provide proof of return condition:
At least 3 clear images
1 continuous video showing the product and packaging condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
The following goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• The supply of goods damaged due to misuse after delivery
• The supply of goods not in original packaging
• The supply of goods returned without secure sealing
• The supply of goods altered, tampered, or mixed after delivery
RETURNING GOODs-
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
The return details will be provided after approval via email.

Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
